I had a broken belt on my car and I had no tools to change it.i bought the belt and the lady said that they had no tools to help me all I need was a 16 mm socket and a ratchet and a pry bar but she said we don’t have one to lone you so I was very upset because I had just work a 12hr shift and just wanted to get home so I had to buy a 3 piece pry bar set and after about 45 minutes she went to her car and found a socket and ratchet to help me,But the man who was working with her never ever spoke to me or even tried to help so I wanted to say thanks to her. But very disappointed with the company and that guy for not helping me in a time of need

When you pick up online orders you have to sign saying you picked up part. That is your chance to inspect and dispute part.

I bought an Audi from a dealer in Kentucky, he bought an AutoCraft Gold battery at a store there, now 13 months later the battery is dead and the Advance in South Carolina will not warranty the battery! Saying I would have to go BACK TO LEXINGTON KENTUCKY TO LET THE DEALER GET ANOTHER BATTERY!!! Thats over 6 yrs away from me! So now I,m left to foot the bill for another battery...I NEVER DEAL WITH them and always go to AutoZone and this is why

Sir , *** you and you're battery. Its a non transferable warranty and you know good and well why you shouldnt just get a free battery.

Could the store do it to help you out ?

Yeah probably but my guess is you acted like the entitled *** you sound like and the told you to get *** in a polite way. Now stop whining ,be a big boy and go buy a new battery from autozone.

Advance Auto Parts review in Charlotte, North Carolina: Coil charge Refund on American Express Card

We brought a battery online and picked it up at our local store. We have been customers there for years until yesterday. The cashier wanted to give us a receipt showing that we got our refund and he gave us NO MONEY! I ask the manager where was the money because on the receipt it did not show it going back to our American Express. The salesperson was VERY RUDE and did not want to explain or show any proof of refund to us other than saying it was given to us. When we ask for manager,it was a big surprise that he would even pass a test to be manager of a store. He was not at all trained to help customers at all. I do not think if he stays manager that the Lagrange Advanced Auto Store will stay OPEN long. He was hollering how *** we were and that he already gave our refund. He called the police to us because we refused to leave store until we got our proof of a refund. the police came and got our proof and refund . Thanks Lagrange Police Dept>No more shopping at that NUTTY place anymore the manager look like he was still in high school.... He needs more TRAINING and while in training he need to stock the shelves for awhile.... The store manager's name is Alan which he had covered up.. I ask what his name was before leaving and told him I knew why he had it covered due to his rudeness. This manager had no kind words or any explaining anything to us other than how *** we were for questioning our refund. We are smarter now. we will no longer shop there anymore until new manager.....

you are a dumb@$$. When you buy something online (because you're too broke to pay what the part is worth) and you buy it with your card, it goes back on your card.

They are not a bank. Please go somewhere else.
