Purchased new windshield wipers a couple of months ago, driving in rain wipers sticking to windshield. Return to Advanced Auto store we are purchased, I am no longer in the computer. Wiper blades were replaced. I was told it was a lifetime warranty/Representative Said that was untrue and could not find me in the computer.

couldnt agree more with i own tools... gaps normally come preset.

there are some that get damaged in shipping, but do you know how silly it would sound to open all boxes to see if they are damaged especially when some boxes dont appear to be damaged? man up and check the gap on your own plugs.

advance auto parts it is no longer about returning my money it is about your customer relations trying to make me look foolish we the people can be a very strong force. your going to run into that one in a million customer that has friends in every state it could be the race track or car show or the guy making your delivery to your building mr. slone mr. smith you better get them straight and stock holders i noticed a couple names on there as well !! oh and they said for you to beef up security it makes it more fun for them its a pain thing i think.

Let me get this straight. You use a product based on the manufacturer claims, don't like it and you expect Advance who happens to sell a multitude of products to refund your money because you either did not do your homework by reading reviews on that product or you can't follow directions on the can.

Advance Auto Parts in Hebron, Ohio - Was told to move aside after started to get parts for me because there was a line forming

went to return tool I and I needed a part that was under warrenty. when I got there I was at counter first let someone go ahead he had 1 qt of oil then I returned tool no problem then when tried to get part he was unable to do then more people came in to store and was ask to step aside when I said no he still would not take care of me but not before I saw that I had spent just the warranty items 15,500 plus and that not counting oil,filters,coolant etc probably another 15 to 20 thousand easy.so I will go to auto zone for my parts.Advance on Hebron road heath ohio 43056 Todd diller 740 522 4265
