I ordered 3 items so that total was over $25 to get free shipping. Two items were at local store for immediate pickup and 3rd had to be sent to me.

I called the store and asked if I could pickup items at store that was closer to me. They said no and we cancelled that part of the order and told to reorder with pickup at different store however, after 2 items were cancelled I realized that if I reordered them my order would be less than $25 and wouldn't qualify for free shipping (which should be free anyway since items were in store stock, which I realized this afterwards). So, first, why is there no option to cancel an online order?

2nd, what are my options now in case the items in the store cost more than ordering them online for store pickup? 714-864-6116 gtorydr@gmail.com
