On 8/20/18 i did a mainetnance job in my 1996 jeep cherokee classic cooling system. I bought the radiator cap from you but a few days later there was a leak by the cap that i replace with yours.
I installed the old one and today was when i had time to go back to request the cash return. At all times the salesman told me that he could not return the money, but could give me a new one. I declined it because the cap was not as tight as the old one, that was an original one. If he could not return the money he could have given a credit for future purchase.
His attitude was as you take or do not take , i cannot help you. I have been a customer of you for a long time and for the $5.39 that i paid for the part, means to loose for over $1000 that i spend yearly at your store. Salesman name: Nicolas, Store #06186.
