I came in got a bulb for car

They watched me put it in and everything and it was not the problem... when i asked to refund it they said NO.

I paid $19.00 for a bulb that is no good to me.. i will not do anymore business here..

It is not pitch till you win. Up to you to diag before you buy.


They can not take it back per the corporate policy that states(like all auto parts stores) that since its electrical it can not be returned. PLUS you opened it and installed it.

No parts stores sells parts for you to try out. Its yours you own it. I do not see a problem with their policies or any stores policies. If you don't know the problem its not their fault.

Own the problem!!! If you don't know what the cause is then pay a garage to find the issue.
