Been over a year and I never received my rebate. They keep giving me the run around and saying they don't know what happened and that they sent it, but I never received anything. I know its just $20 but I feel like even if it was $1 if you agreed to something you keep your word. Feel like I got totally ripped off. Not ever going back to Adv. Auto I'm sticking with O'Reilly's.

I have never been treated with this total disrespect from a store employee as it happened today. This person which refused to reveal his name (no tag name or uniform) pretended to be the shift supervisor at store 9652. I was told by another employ (who could not provide the correct answer to my question!!!) that I can return a tool he recommended and purchased 2 days ago if it is incorrect. I showed up tore turn the tool and I was told to see the person that sold it to me because he was lying. Incompetence maybe but the rudeness with which I was treated was unacceptable.

If the tool was used or taken out of the packaging then it is not returnable.

You are kidding right?? Quick to accuse and I guess you are ENTITLED to free stuff now since you lost it there.

Get real, I doubt an employee took it and as for cameras there are a lot of business that do not have them. Maybe you have Alexa or something like that and you can ask them where your wallet is.

Maybe its their local policy not to install due to other issues. I am glad you decided to man up and do it yourself in the cold was opposed to some low paid worker at the store doing it, but hey you did not do it anyway and went elsewhere. Makes me proud of my young daughter who did her own but she was raised to be self sufficient and not entitled.

I bought this battery a week ago and not even a week later it’s not working. My car isn’t starting and when I try to go and exchange it or return it they giving me issue, saying that there’s nothing that they can do about it even if I have a receipt they just threw a fake customer service number that didn’t work at me and didn’t try to even help me. They could care less about their customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will never purchase from them ever again. Don’t buy from Advanced auto parts, go to your dealer! Store # 08851 3003 s Federal Hwy Delray Beach, Florida 33483 is the worst and the store manager named Ian was of no help he knows nothing about customer service. He needs to be let go!

I ordered battery online picked it up, I took old 1 with to save time and a return trip. The guy told me that the system would not process the refund yet too soon. He said at closing he would process the core return so I would get refund of $22 back. Never happened contacted customer service all i was offered was 25% off next purchase. Never again!
