BOUGHT OIL ABOUT A MONTH AGO BECAUSE THERE WAS A SPECIAL OFFER BY THAT TIME. DO THE OIL CHANGE THIS WEEK END AND RETURN THE USED OIL TO RECYCLE THIS THURSDAY. WHEN ASK FOR THE OIL FEE RETURN MONEY THESALES PERSON TOLD ME HE CAN NOT REFUN IT BECAUSE IT HAD PASSE MORE THAN 30 DAYS. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE TIME FRAME AND ASKED HIM WHERE IN MY RECEIPT THAT WAS WRITTEN. HE RESPOND, THATS THE COMPANY POLICIE. CHE KED AT OTHER AUTO PARTS AND THEY ACCEPT OIL FOR 90 DAYS AND ITS EXPLICITELY CLEAR IN THEIR RECEIPTS. THINK THAT THE SALESAN COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING FOR IT HAS BEEN JUST SOME 2 WEEKS OVER THE 30 DAY, THE COMPETITION GIVES MOR TIME AND I WAS NEVER INSTRUCTED ABOUT THE TIME FRAME.

Went to Harrisburg Pa store for fuses and waited in line with others to get serviced by the only counter person available while there was another employee just sitting on a small stool in aisle making noises like he was hurt or something.

Like others complainers. West Ave. of stamford ct branch would not honor its 3 years battery replacement . I was denied for a replacement and was told that all online purchases are only guaranteed for a year warranty replacement. I spoke to Advanced Auto corporate customer service and was told that store should replace the battery since im still covered by its warranty.

On June 11 I went into the store upset Jessie was there I explained to her that I was there earlier & what happened she was calm help me with the problem as being old she talked to me very professional was caring even let me sat down when she was taking care my problem her attitude was wonderful she was patient caring friendly her 5 yr working there showed she love her job went that extra mile to please me as a customer she took care of me I was 200% satisfied customer She deserves a raise & a reward employee giving great customer service Thank you again Jessie you made my day I left your store 8330 Hopkinsville Ky very satisfied from great customer service hope Jessie great customer service continues . i dont know which snowlake that made the decision to reboot your computers on a weds but because i could not get any of theparts i needed for my shop I have been a very loyal customer a this stupid *** put my shop at a stand still not having parts to fix thecars I needed to today I ost money thanks to you . Its not only that but who is going to pay for all your employees that just stood around did nothing today so whoever decided to screw up everybodies day I say thank you and I hope you get FIRED.

Formal apology and employees should be required to complete EEOC and sensitivity training. Also extra speed perks on my account for that store giving me the incorrect part.
