I brought a car battery off line went to pick it up at the store and waited two hours for the installation, come to find out that they couldn't install it. Then I took the core back from the exchange they could not find the transaction, and was told to come back tomorrow. I am a old black man disabled veteran suffering from dementia. I felt unwelcome and very angry they used to treat the customer better than that if my memory correct.

I ordered battery online picked it up, I took old 1 with to save time and a return trip. The guy told me that the system would not process the refund yet too soon. He said at closing he would process the core return so I would get refund of $22 back. Never happened contacted customer service all i was offered was 25% off next purchase. Never again!

I. Purchased parts and 2 tubes of high heat jb weld. Had ciustomer info registered. The one tube of jb weld i triied to return was never opened, never handled incorrectly, never devled into.. I was refused return due to outer packing of plaatic incidently opened. Mind u i was told several times from various service members the mass air flow sensor i needed formy jeep 4.7 l wasnot in your catalog. I refusedthat twice and finally had a 3rd guy say yes it isin our inventory. He is also same guy who refused me a $5.00 return to helppurchase last part i needed 10 minyes before u close on a sunday evening. Totallyunnaccectable!!

Replaced a Autocraft AGM motorcycle battery that was 1 year old. This one lasted 4 months and completely failed while i was driving. Had to pay 120.oo bucks to get towed home. I took the battery up to the store and they could not even get the tester to function. 30 day warranty on a 115.00 dollar battery.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHINESE JUNK PRODUCTS.

What inconvenience??? They told you they would be there on Thurs, so you did not receive a call. Must someone tell you when the bathroom is empty to use or are you waiting for a call from the monitor.
