Today I stood in line and watch two of Advance Auto Part employee verbally abuse a costume. The lady simply asked where could go to get a battery and Hannah told her to in the line in a rude way.
Then Doreen started telling the lady that they never want to wait. An argument stated between the customer and the two ladies. The lady was told by Doreen to go back where the *** she come from. And if that wasn't bad enough Hannah laugh out loud and in their language told Doreen that the woman look like an old ***.
Then another employee came and severed the lady but is it Advance Auto Part Policies where the employees could offer poor costumer service to the costumers. Is it policy that such behavior is acceptable
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
