I was asking a question about brakes, ceramic compared to semi metallic for my mini van to employee Russel Hake and he became verbally abuse and said that I was an *** and should not be working on cars. I asked to speak to manager and he said that he was the boss and that I was to leave his store.

My dad and I always bought there and I will never go back!!!

It seems that this new manager has a lot to learn about customer service and treatment. I know when I left I heard him making crude comments about me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Advance Auto Parts Sales Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $39.

Preferred solution: Fire him!! He is rude mean perso.

I believe I was in that store a few months ago. if this location overlooks the train yards then I he to agree with your issue.

I spoke.

to a chap named Russ and expressed interest in the train yard and he told me to take a hike and jump the tracks since he has other customers to deal with. I bought my can of fix afloat from another salesperson who appolgized for him and I left.
