I had to order a part. It was a transmission limp mode sensor.

When i got the part home it was wrong. I went back the next day,and your employee( Robert H) said to me rather rudely." I told you it was not what you wanted. He got loud boisterous,and rude. Telling me " im not gonna refund your $80.

He was just plain hateful. He has been this way before with my daughter. I have had bad experience at this store in timberlake road in lynchburg, va. And the one in altavista,va.

I have been in customer retail sales my entire life,and i would never represent my company the way Robert H does. But i know corporate america. Nothing will be done,and Robert H will continue to verbally abuse customers. The manager was there and heard it all,and never said a word.

I would have fired him on the spot. But thank god for auto zone. Right across the street.. where i got the part for a 1/4 of your price...

no more advance auto for me or my family.

Itโ€™s a electric part. Even attempting to install it can void a return.

I never attempted the install. He was just being a jerk.

He tried to tell me I ordered the wrong part. Robert H at this advance store has been rude to a lot of people.

I got my $80 back. And went across the street, and got the right part from auto zone for $22.
