I needed a dependable battery that day, Saturday, 5/27/2017. The Store Manager would not honor their warranty due to it being a 'cold crank'.
They wanted me to buy a new battery & charge the old battery and take it back again so they could determine if the battery or a cell was defective. They would not honor their product, therefore, they will not get my return business. I went across the street to their competitor and purchased a new battery for the same price with a better warranty. I am up to 80 words and I am trying to meet the requirements for this posting.
