On Dec. 1st at store # 7015, I was next in line waiting to be helped.

Person at register just disappeared, no clue if she went to perform a task or on break or was done with her shift. Regardless she didn't acknowlege me standing in front of her. The other staff member behind the counter, wearing white headphones and scanning parts didn't even hear me ask him if anyone could assist me, yet he was able to hear the phone ring and answered it while I continued to stand by the counter for another 5 minutes.

I left without any contact from the "team". With 10 years of customer service experience and management, I would never have my staff perform so poorly to my guests.
