i purchased an air filter yesterday and the store would not take it back .they said it is used.
it was only used a for a day. i called corporate they can't do anything about it. i would not recommend them to anyone. i had purchased with cash so i can not even file a dispute.
there was no manager on duty in the store. one of the employees said he is acting manager today. he refused to take an item back.
he further advised me to call corporate.first the corporate guy said he will something about it but after speaking to store he said he can not do anything.

Advance Auto Parts needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
