Been over a year and I never received my rebate. They keep giving me the run around and saying they don't know what happened and that they sent it, but I never received anything. I know its just $20 but I feel like even if it was $1 if you agreed to something you keep your word. Feel like I got totally ripped off. Not ever going back to Adv. Auto I'm sticking with O'Reilly's.

You are kidding right?? Quick to accuse and I guess you are ENTITLED to free stuff now since you lost it there.

Get real, I doubt an employee took it and as for cameras there are a lot of business that do not have them. Maybe you have Alexa or something like that and you can ask them where your wallet is.

Advance Auto Parts review in Killeen, Texas: I will not recommend anyone

On November 5 I went in to have them check my battery. Was told battery ok it was alternator. Changed alternator and same car issue before I changed alternator came back so one week later I went in and told them my alternator light was on. They checked and told me it was my battery. Contacted customer service on November 13th and still have not had a resolution to this issue

What inconvenience??? They told you they would be there on Thurs, so you did not receive a call. Must someone tell you when the bathroom is empty to use or are you waiting for a call from the monitor.

So I looked online at your website for a A/C discharge line then went in your store at 1225 East Beltline Rd, Desoto, TX 75115 where I met Jessica. I am soooo overjoyed she assisted me. She was extremely patient and she searched effortlessly to find me the best price and quality for my vehicle. She saved me about $70 - $80 bucks and because of her you have a new customer for life!
