I ordered an alternator on linw and was to pick it up in store. The site did not ask for me to choose a pick up location. I assumed I could go to the location of my chose to pick ot up. I go to pick to pick it up and find out that the pick up location was 40 miles away. Call customer service to transfer the order and was told that I would have to cancel the order, wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and repurchase the part.

They sold you a 6volt battery? If so it will not crank that truck at all.

The other employee that told you it was only half voltage is confused at the least. most parts stores don't even have 6v battery any more. If it is a 12 v you have ( it probably is) and he advises you to put double voltage (24v) on it you will burn up all kind of stuff. You might need double the amperage not double the voltage.

Only one word difference but huge in meaning.

So watch what you tell them you want. Your other employee is not all that informed either.

First off ALL Automotive acid lead base have cores! This is Federal Law.

So I really doubt you ever contact Customer Service. So guess what you are mistake.

Also Honda does not offer a 100 month warranty, it is 60 months 100,000 miles. I think you are confused on a number of your facts.
