When to the Brownstown store to get my parts that are covered under warranty. The employe Mike called me a crook because I didn't have a receipt from 3 years ago I gave him my work account which I bought it under he still wouldn't help me.

He was very rude and disrespectful didn't help me at all.

I have many accounts which I buy a lot of parts under so for this to happen is completely unacceptable. The manager isn't working so no one in the store could help me or even attempt to help me.

I do have commercial account


Advance only keeps customers history for 2 months. You must provide a receipt for coverage. If you do have a commercial account then you can contact the local Commercial Mgr and see what he can do for you.
