Bought a Car, thought I needed a new ignition switch the guy who I bought the car from bought said product, needless to say it wasn’t the problem they wouldn’t accept the return with receipt because he paid with a card. The manager at this store told me that I need to stop trying to work on cars and go to a Liscenced dealer. Who in there right mind tells a customer at a do it yourself store to take there business else where.

The money goes back on the card that it was paid with. This is common practice in the retail industry.

Perhaps you don't have a credit card and didn't know this. Get the original purchaser to return it, but I will let you know that most likely since you tried to use it they may not take it back.
