I tried to return an item I received as a Christmas present to 417 Bankhead Hwy Carrollton, Ga. The representative said I must have a receipt.
I told him I have been coming in this store since it opened and I want to exchange it for another item. I am a regular customer and he was very rude and acted like he didn’t know who I was.
I called Corporate and the representative said the District Manager would call me but never did. I am disappointed and will now go to the other three parts stores.
