I tried to return an item I received as a Christmas present to 417 Bankhead Hwy Carrollton, Ga. The representative said I must have a receipt.

I told him I have been coming in this store since it opened and I want to exchange it for another item. I am a regular customer and he was very rude and acted like he didn’t know who I was.

I called Corporate and the representative said the District Manager would call me but never did. I am disappointed and will now go to the other three parts stores.

You must have the receipt, since Advance uses charges more than "discount" stores because of availability, they have to have to have receipt to prove that you bought it there. There are signs in the stores stating this policy.
