I am very upset. I purchased an alternator for my 2009 VW Jetta S at the dauphin island pkwy Mobile Al store and when I went back to take the old alternator back and get the core I was told that they placed the money back on my card, when I check my bank statement it was not on there only the full price of 219.99, I called back and the guy told me it takes 24 hours.

The next day I waited over 24 hours before I called back and when I called he told me that they put it back on the card and I need to contact my bank.

Low and behold it's a week later and still no money... I have shopped with Advance Auto for years, but after this I will not be going back.

what does your receipt say?? If its on the receipt then its the bank. If its not on the receipt then its Advances' fault.
