I ordered a "new" part from Advance Auto online and received a tattered open box item in the mail. This is extremely unprofessional.
A week later I am still waiting for the part I paid for originally. When I spoke with customer service, even the agent admitted he might stop shopping at Advance if he had the same experience that I did. I have now had to call 3 separate times to move the ball along. Still no resolution.
As an olive branch, advance did offer me a $10 discount - which is an insult. At least I how much my business is valued.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Advance Auto Parts. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
