I bought a part online which the site clearly daid it was an exact fit come to find out it wasn't an exact fit so when my husband took the brake pads back up there to hopefully exchange them he was told no. He was told that the refund will be put back on the car immediately and that I will just need to purchase the right set of brake pads for the car at that time.
So I'm checking my car and I don't see any immediate payment, anywhere.
But of course I need these brake pads so I had to purchase them again. Here I am a week and a half later still no immediate refund where is my money people?
